This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to enquire into the petition filed in R.P.No.289/2026/A4 dated 07.01.2026 which is pending without enquiry as per representation dated 30.01.2026 and fix a time limit to dispose of the petition before the 1st respondent by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent and his predecessor had fabricated documents to purchase 16 cents of land. Further, the Tahsildar issued a patta in favour of the second respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal in R.P.No. 289/2026/A4 dated 07.01.2026, which has been pending for the last month. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court through the writ petition, seeking a direction to dispose of the appeal pending before the first respondent. 3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4. Considering the above facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision petition and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
