Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to provide a suitable, compassionate appointment to the petitioner, in accordance with the petitioners qualification within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, to provide a suitable compassionate appointment to the petitioner, in accordance with the petitioners qualification within the time period stipulated by this Court.
2. The claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment had been forwarded by the fourth respondent to the third respondent as early as on 02.09.2022. But thereafter, the said application seems to have been kept in cold storage.

3. In view of the submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the recommendation made by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
