ORDER

The revision petitioner / 5th defendant has filed this revision for issuing a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose I.A.No.121 of 2014 in O.S.No.565 of 2004 pending on its file, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The said I.A.No.121 of 2014 filed the by revision petitioner is pending for passing of final decree. He has also filed I.A.No.161 of 2022 for amending the final decree petition. Now, he seeks time limit for disposing the I.A.No.121 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Since the pre-decree passed in the year 2006 and thereafter, the final decree petition filed in the year 2014, the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul is directed to dispose the I.A.No.161 of 2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, dispose the I.A.No.121 of 2014 within a period of three months from the disposal of I.A.No.161 of 2022.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
