Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a valid new passport to the petitioner's minor son H.Dishen, showing the name of A.Ananthakumar as his father/care of my minor son, by considering the passport application vide Ref.No.19-1011141887 dated 23.11.2019 and the written explanation submitted by the petitioner on 13.12.2019 bearing in mind the decisions reported in 2015(2) MLJ 314 and 2016(7) MLJ 605.
