ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.673 of 2012 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Austinpatti Police Station, Madurai and he seeks six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.673 of 2012.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Austinpatti Police station, Madurai, to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.673 of 2012 before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
