PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertains to impugned proceedings Na.Ka.G2/3893459/2025 dated 16.02.2026 passed by the first respondent and the consequential order dated 24.02.2026 in Na.Ka.A2/7257/2023 passed by the fourth respondent, and quash the same in so far as petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To quash the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.G2/3893459/2025 dated 16.02.2026 passed by the first respondent and the consequential order dated 24.02.2026 in Na.Ka.A2/7257/2023 passed by the fourth respondent"

2. According to the petitioner, the subject land is a patta land, not a pathway. However, the respondents have removed the petitioner, claiming that the petitioner has encroached upon the same. 2/5

3. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the removal of encroachment has already carried out and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4. In such case, it is for the petitioner to establish the same before the appropriate forum and if it is found that it is a patta land, she can seek compensation as per law.
