COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR,J.) The present writ appeals have been preferred by the third respondent in the writ petition challenging the interim order passed on 05.08.2014 and 09.09.2014.

2. The first respondent herein as writ petitioner has filed W.P(MD)No.12747 of 2014 seeking a mandamus directing the Electricity Board to restore the agriculture electricity service connection. An interim order was passed on 05.08.2014 and subsequently on 09.09.2014 stay already granted was made absolute directing the Electricity Board to restore the service connection within a period of two weeks.

3. Challenging the said orders, these appeals have been preferred by the third respondent in the writ petition, who makes a rival claim over the property in dispute.

4. Pending writ appeals, main writ petition has been disposed of on 21.04.2021, wherein, it is observed that the electricity 3/5

service connection have already been restored, the parties have been directed to work out their remedies in the pending civil suit in O.S.No.34 of 2014, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti.

5. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ appeals, which are arises out of the interim orders of the writ Court.
