ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioner to withdraw the 20% compensation amount deposited by the respondents to the credit in C.C.No.268 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Srivilliputhur.

(*)2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they are having objections to grant permission.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the respondent have deposited 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court, this Court is inclined to grant permission to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount, on giving necessary undertaking before the trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 2/3
