ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to alter the FIR for appropriate offence and also include the names of other two accused persons mentioned in the complaint in respect of Crime No.34/2018 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
