Contemnor/Respondent No.3 PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / respondent and punish the contemnor for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.06.2019 in W.P.(MD) No.9096 of 2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension in Roc.No. 10000/2016/A1, dated 29.04.2016 and the impugned Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.10000/2016/A1, dated 29.04.2016 on the file of the Respondent NO. 3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to allow the petitioner to retire with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent / contemnor for her willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.06.2019 passed in W.P.(MD) No.9096 of 2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent / contemnor jointly would submit that for compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.06.2019, the respondent has passed final orders on 16.08.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.507 of 2020 In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in ROC.No.10000/2016/A5 dated 16.08.2020.
