For Respondent : Mr.M.Ganesan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no.99 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.99 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioners herein having three previous cases in Cr.Nos.11 of 2020, 307 of 2020, 147 of 2018 and 168 of 2018.

5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
