ORDER

Alleging that the order of this court dated 20.02.2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner is before this court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings dated 26.11.2024 in Na.Ka.No.3804/Aa3/2021, would submit that the order of the Administrator - IELC dated 28.03.2019 has been implemented and that the petitioner was promoted as Headmaster with effect from 03.06.2013.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and since the order of this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. The proceedings dated 26.11.2024 shall form part of the record.
