ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.111 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police, dated 10.06.2010 and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.111 of 2010 is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.103 of 2016 before the concerned Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
