Without going into the merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit the relevant documents in the tender within the scheduled time fixed today i.e.11.06.2020, namely by 4.30 p.m. The payment of Earnest Money Deposit alone may be furnished tomorrow i.e. 12.06.2020 before 11.00 a.m. No further orders are required in this writ petition.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
