ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7 r/w 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.24 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner went to the house of the defacto complainant with intention to commit sexual assault of the defacto complainant's daughter and misbehaved with her.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 22.08.2016.

this is the second bail application and the victim girl is aged about 12 years and investigation is at the preliminary stage. 5.Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and investigation is at the preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
