ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 120 (B), 406, 420, 294(b), 426, 442, 443, 448, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.329 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The first accused is said to have sold the property in question in favour of the defacto complainant in the year 2013. Suppressing the same, he caused subsequent encumbrance. Therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a police complaint against the first accused. Angered by the same, the petitioners have committed the offences that are the subject matter of the present F.I.R. 3.This Court is of the view that the conduct of the petitioners do not inspire the confidence of this Court for granting the anticipatory bail to them.
