On 13.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.07.2021. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against the private respondents an enquiry has been undertaken in C.P.No.94 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the parties agreed to settle the matter and on that basis, it was closed on 13.03.2021.

3. This petition is dismissed for default.
