Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter bearing Na.Ka.No.10761/E3/2020 dated 12th March 2020, issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the said Vehicle bearing Registration Nos.TN 45 BQ 2174 and TN 45 BP 8614 from the black list of the online portal of the transport department to enable the petitioner to register the transfer of ownership of the said Vehicles with the 2nd respondent. O R D E R

It is stated by Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents that the black list of the Vehicle bearing Registration Nos.TN 45 BQ 2174 and TN 45 BP 8614 has been removed from the online portal of the Transport Department.

2. In view of the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents 1 and 2 for appropriate relief.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
