ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 363-A of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.6130 of 2020 submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an F.I.R against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for any relief.
4. Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
