When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that I.A.No.223 of 2019 was wrongly filed. He, therefore seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh I.A. on the same cause of action.

2.I.A.No.223 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. The revision petitioners are given liberty to file a fresh interlocutory application on the same cause of action.
