ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] Challenging the possession notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 03.01.2025, this Writ Petition is filed.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that this Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- as first instalment to the 2nd respondent Bank on or before 28.03.2025. However, the petitioner has paid only a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has reported 'no instructions'. 4.In view of the said submission, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
