Respondent/ Petitioner/ Complainant Prayer : This revision case is filed under Sections 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.No.1398 of 2018 dated 04.05.2018 and set aside the same.

ORDER

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent is present today.

2.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner was released on bail, under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. with condition to sign before the respondent police daily, but the petitioner has not obeyed the condition. He had filed Cr.O.P.(MD) No.2173 of 2018 for modification of the condition stating that he could not appear before the respondent police apprehending torture and that the bail condition was modified and the petitioner was directed to appear before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai. The petitioner has again failed to obey that condition also. Therefore, the respondent filed a petition for cancellation of bail and the same was allowed, as the conditions are not obeyed by the petitioner.

3.As against that order, the petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Revision Case.

4.Even after giving sufficient opportunity, when the matter is called upon today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
