2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that during the course of enquiry, finding that it is civil dispute, the complaint was closed on 12.02.2024. The copy of closure report was also sent to the petitioner through post. Let another copy be served upon the petitioner. Since the complaint made by the petitioner was closed finding that it is a civil dispute, the petitioner has to workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.In view of the above said submissions and directions, this contempt petition stands closed.
