ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427, 307 @ 294(b), 324, 427, 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.91 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is in progress.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Mandapam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
