Palanisami, aged 34 years (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in Cr.M.P.No.40 of 2020, dated 24.05.2020, by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.325 of 2020 Government itself has revoked the order of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.3066, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 23.07.2020. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
