O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed against the order of the third respondent, dated 21.02.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Junior Assistant in the third respondent Society. She was kept as Secretary in charge with effect from 12.04.2023 as per the proceedings of the second respondent. The petitioner was suspended from service temporarily vide impugned proceedings, dated 21.02.2025 on the ground of misappropriation in the business transactions. The third respondent issued impugned proceedings in the interest of the members of the Society. Aggrieved by the suspension order, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. It is settled law that the order of suspension is incidental and ancillary. Pending disciplinary proceedings, an employee can be suspended. It is the power vested on the disciplinary authority.

4. On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner was placed under temporary suspension only. It is mentioned in the suspension order that the petitioner will be paid subsistence allowance also during the temporary suspension period.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the considered opinion of this Court, interference of this Court in the impugned order is unwarranted.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
