According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.424 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 10 and 24 of Emigration Act, 1983.
