ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.62 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons came in a two wheeler and snatched the jewel of the defacto complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and A1 was already arrested and enlarged on anticipatory bail and the property was recovered from A1.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the change of circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
