2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no petition and no FIR is pending against the petitioner. He further submitted that the alleged threat of arrest is not true.

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of no case is pending against the petitioner, the respondent police called the petitioner frequently for enquiry. of Police not to call the petitioner for enquiry, except any complaint is pending.
