PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD). 157/ 2022 :

To call for the records of the Impugned Judgement dated 06.12.2021 passed by the Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge(FTC), Theni in Crl.A.No.56/2019 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni in C.C.No.81/2022 dated 30/08/2019 and set aside the same by allowing the Revision Petition.

PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)NO.3371/2022 IN CRL RC(MD)NO.157/2022: Pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Theni in Crl.A.No.79 of 2019 Dated 06.07.2021 confirming the conviction and sentence passed in C.C.No.81 of 2012, Dated 30.08.2019 on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni pending disposal of this revision and release the petitioner on bail.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4916 of 2022 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3371 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.157 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3371 of 2022 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.157 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month, till the disposal of the revision.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
