ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 427 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.198 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2 The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant and her husband standing in front of their house, A1 had quarrel with them and also pelted stone on them, which falls on the widow mirror. When they were going to the Police Station to give complaint in respect of the incident, the petitioner/A2 came there and drove the vehicle on her and caused injury. 3 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.
4 The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is pending and the injured is discharged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured is discharged. I am inclined
to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
