ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for disposal of her representation dated 12.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation has been given by petitioner in person.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner has given the representation seeking waiver or one time settlement of sales tax arrears due to them, but, the property has been attached as early as in the year 2009, but the petitioner did not mention about the same in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

5. In view of the said submission, permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
