ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Kovilpatti, in D.V.C.No.9 of 2023 and transfer the same to the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila) Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the matter was settled between the parties and on that basis, the case in D.V.C.No.9 of 2023 was already closed by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti and that nothing remains to be decided in the present petition.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition 2/4

is closed. No costs.
