ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 09.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 364(A), 395, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1048 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the de facto complainant on 08.09.2016 and snatched her gold chain and abused her in filthy language.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 08.09.2016 onwards.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases and it is a case of kidnap. He further submitted that investigation is still pending. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having two previous case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
