ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a petition under Section 340 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court to initiate action against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 for furnishing false information to the Court in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2009, dated 10.06.2009 and direct the respondent No.3 to file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2006, dated 21.03.2006, on the file of the respondent No.3 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that after completing the investigation, the third respondent has filed final report in Cr.No.69 of 2006, on 18.08.2009 and referred charge sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
