This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to release the Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 75 AC 1177 seized by the fourth respondent on 29.04.2018. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the said vehicle was seized and a criminal case has been has been registered in Crime No.25 of 2018 on the file of Panayapatti Police Station, Pudukkottai District. further submit that the petitioner has to approach the competent jurisdictional Magistrate Court for releasing the vehicle. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court for appropriate relief.
