For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime.No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, he filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that only complaint has been given against the petitioner and that FIR has not been registered.

4. I am of the view that the interest of justice will be served by issuing following directions :

(a) The petitioner will not be summoned to the police station, unless it is given in writing.

(b) If any FIR is registered against the petitioner, the respondent will give due intimation to the petitioner. So that the petitioner can approach the appropriate Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. In other words, the petitioner will be given sufficient breathing time to move the Court.

5. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
