This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in FIR No.16 of 2016 and file final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and the closure report has also been served to the wife of the petitioner. He also produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.
