O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.583 of 2015, dated 31.12.2015 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Though earlier a final report was filed, based on the legal opinion of the learned Public Prosecutor, it is stated that the earlier Charge Sheet relating to some of the accused was referred to be modified. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) seeks two months time to file the final report in Crime No.583 of 2015, dated 31.12.2015.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.583 of 2015, dated 31.12.2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
