PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town to expedite the proceedings in E.P.No.111 of 2011 in O.S.No.968 of 2005 and to dispose the same within the stipulate time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town to expedite the proceedings in E.P.No.111 of 2011 in O.S.No.968 of 2005 and to dispose the same.
2. It appears that the petitioners have obtained a decree in the above suit as early as on 26.04.2010 and thereafter, filed E.P.No.111 of 2011, which is still pending.
3. The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town to dispose of the 2/4
E.P.No.111 of 2011 in O.S.No.968 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs.
