ORDER

The above petition has been filed, invoking Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking orders to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order, dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1424 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has informed that enquiry was conducted on 19.07.2024 and the first respondent in the Writ Petition has passed an order, dated 26.07.2024 and also produced the copy of the same.

3. Since the first respondent has already passed an order in pursuance of the direction of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order, dated 26.07.2024, if so advised. 29.07.2024 das 2/3
