O R D E R

The present Writ petition has been filed by a BT Assistant (Maths) Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent for disbursal of the incentive increment for obtaining higher qualification, namely M.Sc., degree.

2. According to the writ petitioner, he had acquired M.Sc., degree and based upon the said higher qualification, incentive increment was awarded by the second respondent by his proceedings, dated 14.10.2020. However, so far the second respondent has not initiated any steps for disbursing the said inventive increment. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to initiate action for disbursement of the incentive increment based upon his order, dated 14.10.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
