ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction directing first respondent to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to do his business in peaceful manner, by considering his representation dated 12.04.2013.

2.According to the petitioner he is the owner of "Kavitha Agencies" and selling house hold articles by installments. One Archagar of the Narasimmar Temple, which is under the administration of Srirangam Temple, purchased a Steel Cupboard from the petitioner and requested the petitioner to come to the temple daily to collect the dues from him, but the second respondent prevented the petitioner from entering into temple and hence the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

3.It is seen that there is a personal dispute between the petitioner and his purchaser, who happened to be a Archagar of the temple and in order to settle their dispute, the petitioner can not maintain a Writ Petition and this Court cannot issue any direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the first respondent. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
