PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's daughter namely T.U.Monisha on the basis of the representation dated 15.10.2013, and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case.

ORDER
In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's daughter namely T.U.Monisha on the basis of the representation dated 15.10.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first
respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that there is no application pending and he further states that if the petitioner approaches concerned jurisdictional bank and files an application, then the bank will consider the same in accordance with IBI norms.
4. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned jurisdictional bank and to file an application for educational loan and on such receipt, the concerned bank is directed to consider the application in accordance with IBI norms within a period of fours weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
