This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse the compensation amount in respect of the land measuring 1.5 acre comprised in Old S.F.No. 208/1B, New T.S.No. 13, Ward AW, Block No.3, Kottappattu Village, Trichy District to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. .
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is pending before the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli. Hence, the learned counsel submits that liberty may be granted to work out the remedy before the concerned Court.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with such liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
