ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(b) of N.D.P.S. Act, in Crime No.910 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that on 10.05.2018, the respondent police intercepted A2 and recovered 1.100 grams of ganja in his house and on the basis of his confession, the respondent police included the petitioner's name to this case as A1. He further submitted that the petitioner has no previous case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has no previous case and also on the confession of A2, the respondent police included the petitioner's name to this case as A1, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Sessions Court No.I, for N.D.P.S.Cases, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
