The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction against the official respondents not to harass him under the guise of enquiry on a false complaint foisted by the sixth respondent, namely, Murugesan.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has filed a counter affidavit of the third respondent and submitted that they have received a complaint from the sixth respondent that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and failed to repay the same, thereby, cheated the sixth respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that on 16.06.2020, the sixth respondent appeared and requested no further action on his petition and that he would work https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. It is open to the sixth respondent to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum, if he so advised.
