ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.533 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has conducted an Auction Chit Fund and cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/- 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that A2 to A5 were already arrested and released on bail, petitioner has repaid the amount received from the defacto complainant and she has also filed an insolvent petition in I.P.No.99 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam and the same is pending.

5. Learned Government Advocate would submit that investigation is pending.
