ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2024 (Wrongly mentioned as 12.07.2024 in the prayer column of the writ petition).

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the petiitoner's application dated 16.10.2024, taking into account the order passed by the second respondent on 21.06.2024. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 17.03.2025 am 2/4
