Prayer:

To relax the condition to impose upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.137 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No.16 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 on the file of this Court and pending disposal of the main Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court while passing the order in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.137 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025, wherein, the petitioners were directed to report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 02.09.2025 till 06.03.2026.

3. Considering the above, we are inclined to modify the condition and the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners will report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is.
